Ms. Zheng is Chief Executive Officer for UOB Hong Kong. She has more than two decades of experience in the banking sector, starting out as a management trainee in a multinational bank in China. She worked her way up the ranks, holding various leadership roles in wholesale banking and was the General Manager of its Shanghai Branch and Deputy Head of Commercial Banking in China. She joined UOB in 2018 as Head of Wholesale Banking in UOB China and later served concurrently as its Alternate Chief Executive Officer. She is highly experienced in business management and integrated branch operations management and is well versed in product offerings across commercial banking and investment banking. Ms Zheng holds a Bachelor of International Finance from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Adaline Zheng was appointed Chief Executive Officer of UOB Hong Kong in March 2024. She is responsible for leading the Bank’s business and operations in Hong Kong, including setting strategic direction, managing business growth and development and maintaining strong relationships with customers, regulators and stakeholders.  

Adaline joined UOB China as Head of Wholesale Banking in 2018, overseeing the wholesale banking businesses in mainland China. It covered segments of corporate banking, commercial banking, financial institutions, structured trade and commodity finance, transaction banking and investment banking. In February 2021, she was appointed as Alternate Chief Executive Officer and Head of Wholesale Banking of UOB China. 

Adaline has more than 20 years of banking experience focusing on business management and integrated branch operations management. She began her banking career as a management trainee with an international bank in Mainland China and held various leadership positions across wholesale banking and investment banking businesses.

Mr. Kwok has been an Executive Director of the Company since December 2014. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Company and a director of certain subsidiaries of the Company. Mr. Kwok holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. He worked in an international investment bank prior to joining the Group in November 2008, and has substantial experience in corporate finance. He is currently responsible for the planning, development and management of residential and commercial projects of the Group in Hong Kong and on the mainland. Since April 2013, he has taken up the overall responsibilities for the property business in Southern China. Mr. Kwok is also an independent non-executive director of The Bank of East Asia (China) Limited.

Mr. Kwok is a member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and a standing committee member of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. He is also a vice-president of The Real Estate Developers Association of Hong Kong, a member of the Economic Advancement Expert Group of the Chief Executive’s Policy Unit of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, a member of the International Advisory Council of the Faculty of Business and Economics of The University of Hong Kong, an advisor of Our Hong Kong Foundation and a president of Hong Kong United Youth Association. In addition, Mr. Kwok is a founder and executive chairman of Hong Kong Guangdong Youth Association, a standing committee member of All-China Youth Federation and a vice-chairman of Greater Bay Area Homeland Youth Community Foundation. He was awarded the Silver Bauhinia Star in 2022 by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Dr. Allan Zeman, GBM, GBS, JP, FCPA (Aust.)

Dr. Allan Zeman is the Chairman of the Lan Kwai Fong Group, a leading property owner and developer in Hong Kong’s vibrant Lan Kwai Fong area, renowned as one of the city’s premier tourist and entertainment districts. Under his leadership, the Lan Kwai Fong Group has expanded its reach into various cities in China, including Chengdu and the Greater Bay Area.

In addition to his role with the Lan Kwai Fong Group, Dr. Zeman is the owner of Paradise Properties Group in Thailand, which boasts several prestigious developments, including the award-winning Andara Resort and Villas in Phuket, the luxury Aquella Golf Resort, and the Sudara condominium project.

Dr. Zeman's extensive board service includes directorships at the "Star" Ferry Company, Limited, and Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited. He also serves as an independent non-executive director of several companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, including Sino Land Company Limited, Tsim Sha Tsui Properties Limited, Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB), and Fosun Tourism Group. Furthermore, he is the Non-Executive Chairman of Wynn Macau Limited, a prominent gaming operator.

Having lived in Hong Kong for over 50 years, Dr. Zeman has made significant contributions to government and community services. He was the Chairman of Hong Kong Ocean Park from July 2003 to June 2014 and served as its Honorary Advisor until June 2022. His involvement with the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority includes serving on its Board and chairing both the Performing Arts Committee (2008-2016) and the Commercial Letting Panel (2016-2024). He is a member of the WestK Enterprise Limited. It is established to enhance the long-term financial sustainability of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority and to drive commercialization and explore new revenue sources, leveraging the Authority’s assets, resources and expertise

Dr. Zeman has been a member of the Board of the Airport Authority of Hong Kong and chaired its Business Development Committee from 2015 to June 2022. During his tenure, he oversaw significant projects, including the completion of the third runway at Hong Kong International Airport.

He is also a member of the HKSAR Chief Executive Council of Advisors, providing strategic advice on Hong Kong's development. Additionally, Dr. Zeman serves the Task Force on Promoting and Branding Hong Kong, the Culture Commission, and the Tourism Strategy Committee.

Recognized for his leadership, Dr. Zeman was invited by former Chief Executive Mr. C.H. Tung to be a Governor of Our Hong Kong Foundation, dedicated to promoting the long-term interests of the city. He is a member of the Board of Governors of The Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and serves on the Clinical Governance Committee of the Hong Kong Sanatorium Hospital.

Dr. Zeman has received numerous accolades, including the Gold Bauhinia Star (2004) and the Grand Bauhinia Medal (2011). He was named Business-Person of the Year in 2008 and received a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Hong Kong Business Awards in 2023.

In 2008, Dr. Zeman renounced his Canadian citizenship and became a Chinese citizen, receiving a home-return permit card and a Hong Kong SAR passport. He holds an Honorary Doctor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario and has been awarded multiple Honorary Doctorate Degrees in Business Administration from esteemed institutions, including City University of Hong Kong and the University of Science and Technology of Hong Kong.

In recognition of his contributions to global sustainable development, he was awarded an Honorary Fellowship by the Social Enterprise Research Academy (SERA) in 2022.

Anthony is Chief Executive Officer of Isola Capital.

Anthony has extensive experience in asset management across private equity, venture capital, private credit and liquid secondary strategies. Anthony enjoyed a career in investment banking before transitioning to private investments through club deals and GP/LP funds, to family office wealth management. He has investment expertise across a broad range of consumer, agricultural, education, industrial and technology sectors.

Anthony attained a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance and Economics) from The University of Sydney and Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from The University of Sydney Law School. He is also a graduate of The College of Law (Sydney) and was admitted to the High Court of Australia and Supreme Court of NSW. Anthony completed the Financial Engineering Program of Stanford University and attended the Stanford Executive Institute.

Prior to joining Sino, she was the Director – Leasing and Management of a blue chip listed company managing the operations of the entire Hong Kong portfolio.  She revamped the iconic and prestigious mall in Hong Kong– Peak Galleria and promoted it as one of the most attractive destination to all travelers worldwide.  She also led her past company to become a constituent member of Dow Jones Sustainability Index (Asia Pacific) and to win the Best Corporate Governance Excellence Award (top tier companies) and the “Sustainability Excellence” award held by Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies.

Bella was General Counsel prior to changing into her role to be in charge of business management. Catherine is Co-Founder and Partner of MizMaa Ventures. MizMaa Ventures, founded in early 2016, specialises in early stage investments in deep technology verticals where Israel has an unfair competitive advantages. 

Prior to MizMaa Ventures, Ms. Leung was an investment banker for twenty years and last served as Vice Chairman of Asia Investment Banking at JP Morgan where she led with a focus for Greater China.  She was named Top 20 Women in Finance by Finance Asia in 2011. 

Ms. Leung is active with Penn and Wharton boards and committees.  She is also Chair of the Chamber of Hong Kong Listed Companies. She is Council Member of the Better Hong Kong Foundation.  She is Development Committee Member of the Hong Kong Arts Festival.  She also serves as Court Member of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology where she was recipient of the Honorary Fellowship Award in 2018.  

Catherine has been singing since young. She performs classical music and opera arias quite regularly in Hong Kong as an amateur singer.

Catherine So is the Chief Executive Officer of the South China Morning Post (SCMP), a global news media company that has reported on Hong Kong, China and Asia for more than a century. She is a business leader with over 20 years of experience in the tech, digital and media sectors across Greater China, the Asia-Pacific and the United States.

Prior to joining the SCMP, she was Expedia Group’s Managing Director of Asia-Pacific, leading its business through years of rapid growth and marketplace transformation, while overseeing its consumer business with major brands including Expedia, Hotels.com, Vrbo, Stayz and Bookabach. Previously, Ms. So was the Managing Director of Groupon Hong Kong and held leadership positions at the iProperty Group (now REA Group), News Corporation and AOL Time Warner.

Mrs Christine Ip is Managing Director and Head of Group Strategic Communications and Brand; and the CEO of Greater China, UOB. She currently leads the brand, external and internal communications, social media and insights teams to raise the profile of the bank through an integrated communications approach. She also oversees the group’s CSR and Art programme initiatives.

As UOB’s CEO of Greater China, Christine also oversees the Bank’s business in Greater China covering markets in mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. She is also a Non-Executive Director of UOB China. 

Christine joined UOB in 2011 as a Managing Director responsible for developing the Bank’s Greater China strategy. In 2012, she was appointed CEO of UOB Hong Kong. In 2016, she took on an expanded role as CEO of Greater China. In October 2023, Christine assumed the role of Head of Group Strategic Communications and Brand of UOB.

Christine is a seasoned banker with more than 30 years of experience in both consumer and wholesale banking, with significant experience in Greater China. Prior to joining UOB, she held a range of local and overseas positions with international banks spearheading product and sales management, customer segment management and risk management in Hong Kong, mainland China, Singapore, Canada and the United States.

Christine’s outstanding leadership and business strategy have brought her and the banks accolades and recognitions including The Best Australia Business Award in China presented by Australia Chamber of Commerce, as well as The Best Retail Bank in Hong Kong and The Best Foreign Retail Bank in China awards. She was named as The Best International Retail Banker at the Asia Retail Congress in 2008 and one of the Top 100 Greater China Senior Women Executives by the All-China Women’s Federation in 2012.

Christine is also a passionate art advocator. Under her leadership, UOB Hong Kong launched the UOB Art Academy to promote education and appreciation of art to the community in Hong Kong. She is a council member of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts appointed by the Home Affairs Bureau to promote arts and cultural education in Hong Kong.  She sits on the Board of Governors of The Hong Kong Philharmonic Society Ltd, Hong Kong Arts Centre and the Board of M+ Museum.

Mr. Craig Jeffrey Fullalove is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Wynn Macau, Limited. Mr. Dario Pong is the Founder and Managing Director of Ferro Resources Ltd. Ferro produces ferrite magnets and iron oxide at its Shanghai and Wuhan operations. It is one of the top five automotive ferrite manufacturers in the world. Ferro’s La-Co ferrite enhances motor performance and has received various quality awards in Germany and Japan.

Mr. Pong is also an Executive Director of family-owned Shiu Wing Steel Ltd. For over 65 years, Shiu Wing has operated the only steel mill in Hong Kong, first in Junk Bay and now in Tuen Mun. Its high-quality steel bars are used in most infrastructure and private developments in Hong Kong, including projects such as the MTR, cross-harbor tunnels, Chek Lap Kok Airport and numerous real estate developments.

Prior to founding Ferro, Mr. Pong helped establish Bain & Company’s Beijing Office in 1995 and was its first Resident Representative. He is also a former Non-Executive Director of ASX-listed Bisalloy Steel Group and a current Trustee of Princeton-in-Asia. At the Better Hong Kong Foundation, he is a Corporate Sponsor and Co-Convenor of the Working Group.

Mr. Pong graduated with an AB in Economics, magna cum laude, from Princeton University. His senior thesis was awarded the Walter C. Sauer Prize by the World Bank. After graduation, he obtained an Advanced Certificate in Economic Studies from Peking University. Since 1995, Mr.Pong resided in Beijing and Shanghai for 17 years. Mr CHUI Ka Fai, Frederick was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of PCCW Global in 2024, taking on the role to drive the integrated global communication solutions business.

Mr Chui joined HKT in 1991 and has held various key positions in solutions design, product management, product development and marketing. He was the Senior Vice President of PCCW Global’s International Products and Solutions division, overseeing PCCW Global’s product management and development activities, as well as marketing and presales support activities around the world. Ms. Karen Tang was appointed as the Executive Director of the Better Hong Kong Foundation in 2006 and is responsible for overseeing the strategic development and operation of the Foundation. Upon her graduation, she joined the Basic Law Consultative Committee of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“HKSAR”) as the Administration Officer. After completing the consultation work, she developed her career in the media and multimedia industries, including worked as Assistant to Ming Pao Group Founder Louis Cha, Deputy General Manager of Magazines Division of Ming Pao, General Manager of Yazhou Zhoukan, Deputy General Manager of the Chinese Television Network, General Manager of the Hongkong Telecom IMS, Director of Multimedia Services and Director of E-commerce under the Hutchison Whampoa Group.

Ms. Tang worked for the Tung Chee-Hwa Election Office in 2001 as the Director of Administration Division; and was the Deputy Director of the Leung Chun-Ying Election Campaign Office in 2012. Both candidates won in the election of Chief Executive of the HKSAR. Prior to joining the Foundation, Ms. Tang was the Director of Communications of the University of Hong Kong and reported to the President. Ms. Tang holds a BA in Social Science and an MA in Public Administration.

Kam Shing Kwang is Chief Executive Officer, Hong Kong and Chair for North Asia at J.P. Morgan. In addition, she is a member of J.P. Morgan’s Asia Pacific Management Committee.

Ms. Kwang has over 30 years of experience in financial services, across private banking, asset management and investment banking. Since joining J.P. Morgan in 1998, she has played a key role in facilitating partnership across lines of business to better address clients’ corporate balance sheet and personal wealth management needs.

Paul Tirvaudey has been serving Hong Kong Tramways as a Managing Director from 2022. He is based in Hong Kong since 2022. He was trained as a nuclear engineer and holds a master’s degree in project finance. He began his specialization in transport as a Portfolio Manager at the French Government’s Shareholding Agency, within the Ministry for Economics. He especially helped to prepare strategic and financial decisions regarding state owned railway company (SNCF) and seaports. Then Paul joined RATP Group in 2017 as Chief of Staff to the Group CEO Catherine Guillouard and Secretary of the Management Board. Amongst others he was at the core of RATP’s response to major crisis in 2 years. He also worked on several structural projects to prepare RATP to progressive opening to competition of its bus services in Paris. For instance, he led an unprecedented reorganization of corporate functions of RATP in Paris, aiming at fostering performance and efficiency.

Hong Kong Tramways is a tram system in Hong Kong and one of the earliest forms of public transport in the city. RATP Dev has become the 100% owner of the RDTA (“RATP Dev Transdev Asia”) joint venture. The move sees RATP Dev assume full control of the previously jointly owned operations across Asia, which includes Hong Kong Tramways. Dr. Kwok Wai Samuel Au is currently a Professor of the Department of Mechanical and Automation Engineering and Department of Surgery (by courtesy) at CUHK, and the Founding Director of Multiscale Medical Robotics Center, InnoHK. 

In Sept 2019, Dr. Au found Cornerstone Robotics and has been serving as the CEO of the company, aiming to create affordable surgical robotic solution. Dr. Au received the B.Eng. and M.Phil degrees in Mechanical and Automation Engineering from CUHK in 1997 and 1999, respectively and completed his Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering at MIT in 2007. During his PhD study, Prof. Hugh Herr, Dr. Au, and other colleagues from MIT Biomechatronics group co-invented the MIT Powered Ankle-foot Prosthesis. 

Before joining CUHK(2016), he was the manager of Systems Analysis of the New Product Development Department at Intuitive Surgical, Inc. At Intuitive Surgical, he co-invented and was leading the software and control algorithm development for the FDA cleared da Vinci Si Single-Site surgical platform (2012), Single-Site Wristed Needle Driver (2014), and da Vinci Xi Single-Site surgical platform (2016). He was also a founding team member for the early development of Intuitive Surgical’s FDA cleared robot-assisted catheter system, da Vinci ION system from 2008 to 2012. 

Dr. Au co-authored over 60 peer-reviewed manuscripts and conference journals, 17 granted US patents/EP, and 3 pending US Patents. He has won numerous awards including the first prize in the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Student Mechanism Design Competition in 2007, Intuitive Surgical Problem Solving Award in 2010, and Intuitive Surgical Inventor Award in 2011, 2023 Science and Technology Entrepreneurs.

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Sebastian Man is the Chairman and CEO of Chung Mei International Holdings Limited, a company he acquired in 1990.

Chung Mei Industries Limited, under the flagship Chung Mei International Holdings Limited, is a manufacturer of domestic kitchen electrics and air treatment products in its facilities in Dongguan, China.  It manufactures small household electrical appliances for major international brands like The Delonghi Group; Dimplex/SEB; Breville, Sunbeam and the likes.  Over the years, Chung Mei has formed joint ventures with KOC Holdings, the largest industrial company in Turkey; The Vaillant Group, the largest water heater manufacturer in the world; SGL Italia srl, a subsidiary of N&W Global Vending SpA, the largest vending machine company in the world in manufacturing espresso machine. Sebastian sold the manufacturing business in 2018 and has since focused his time on investments worldwide.

Apart from business activities, Sebastian is involved in many community activities. He is particularly dedicated to education.  He is on the Board of the MIT Corporation Development Committee and in the MIT HK Innovation Node Advisory Board and on the Mechanical Engineering Visiting Committee.  He served on the Harvard Business School (HBS) Global Alumni Board from 2012 to 2015.  He is on the board of the Harvard Business School Association of Hong Kong and was its Co-President from 2006 to 2008; He was appointed to be the 4th Chairman of the HBSAHK, effective January 2025. Sebastian is also very interested in international affairs and international trade matters.  He is an Executive Committee Member of International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Hong Kong China Business Council and an Excom member of Pacific Basin Economic Council (PBEC).  He is in Vision 2047 Foundation and a Council Member of The Better Hong Kong Foundation.  He is currently a member of the Cyberport Advisory Panel (CAP) of Cyberport.

Sebastian is also interested in service activities.  He is a member of HK Council of Volunteering (HKCOV), the Agency for Volunteer Service (AVS) and the HK, China Committee of United Nations Volunteers (UNV).  He is an Executive Committee member of Hong Kong Arts Festival Society and a trustee of Outward Bound Trust of Hong Kong.  He was a Director of the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals in HK in 1994-1998.  He was a charter member and the first (1996) President of the Lions Club, Metropolitan Chapter HK.  

Sebastian has been active in the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) since 1996.  He just stepped down as the Education Chair of YPO Gold HK (2023/24), remains an Executive Committee member and has also been appointed as a Regional Board Member of the Global Diplomacy Network (GDN) starting in 2025. He served on the International Board of The Chief Executive Organization (CEO) and was its Hong Kong Chair from 2014 to 2020 and is currently the North Asia Chair.

Sebastian is also active in his own industry.  Sebastian was a member of HK Trade Development Council Electronics/Electrical Appliances Industries Advisory Committee.  He was an Excom member of Pearl River Delta Council, Federation of Hong Kong Industries.  He served on the Board of the HK Electrical Appliance Industries Association for quite a few years.  He is a founding member of HK Professionals and Senior Executives Association.

Venetia has taken on the role of General Manager of Ant Group Greater China International Business which primarily entails AlipayHK, Alipay's cross border payment business in Greater China and Ant Bank (Hong Kong).

Venetia joined Ant Group in 2017 as the General Manager of Alipay Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan, and was responsible for Alipay's cross-border business in the region, as well as the Alipay(Macao) e-wallet business; later, she also oversee cross-border payment business development in the Middle East and Russia. In 2021, she took over as leader of AlipayHK, where she is in charge of local business development and all operations.

She is appointed as the Member of the Sub-committee on Preventive Education and Publicity of the Action Committee Against Narcotics of Security Bureau, the member of Area Committee of Home Affairs Department of Hong Kong Special Administration Region, the member of the Financial Reporting Review Panel of Financial Reporting Council and the member of the HKSAR Passports Appeal Board.

Ms. Ira Zaka heads Global Marketing and Communications at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB). Established in November 2002, CKGSB is China’s first privately-funded and research-driven business school. Today, CKGSB has 55 professors, most of whom were previously tenured at leading universities like MIT, Wharton and Yale, and over 23,000 alumni, more than half of whom are at the CEO or Chairman level and, collectively, lead one fifth of China’s most valuable brands.

Since 2010, Ira has enhanced CKGSB’s global brand awareness by strategizing the school’s brand positioning, forging successful partnerships with leading institutions worldwide, organizing high-profile business forums and conferences, overseeing public and media relations, and managing global advertising campaigns. She has also enabled CKGSB’s growth in the Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific and the Middle East, with a particular emphasis in the US, UK and Australia. A graduate of Princeton University, Ira has spent 30 years in China, where she has studied and worked for companies like Hogan Lovells, primarily managing public relations and communications efforts. Ira is fluent in English, Chinese, Spanish and Albanian.

Jeffrey has accumulated over 24 years of property experience, primarily in commercial leasing, tenant representation, landlord representation, property investment, asset management, project consultancy, retail leasing, marketing campaigns, and property valuation.‍Formerly serving as the deputy senior director and deputy head of Hong Kong office leasing at Savills (Hong Kong) Limited, Jeffrey received the Savills Award for Excellence for eight consecutive years. Prior to his tenure at Savills, he spent nearly four years at Jones Lang LaSalle. During this period, he was stationed in Guangzhou for two years, spearheading business initiatives with a focus on global client services and tenant representation. He has been a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 2004 and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (MHKIS) since 2005. Additionally, Jeffrey is a Registered Professional Surveyor specialized in General Practice and Property Facility Management.Since 2018, he has been nominated as the Chairman of the Board of Professional Development (BOPD) of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. ‍Between 2017-2021, he has been nominated as the Co-opted member of Chinese Temples Committee of Home Affairs Department, Hong Kong Government.‍

Mr. Li previously managed multiple departments, including marketing and curriculum design, and developed several popular new courses. Mr. Li is currently in charge of admissions and serve as the director of the ASEAN Leadership Program.

Based in Hong Kong, Xin Wang is active in Egon Zehnder’s Technology & Communications and Consumer practices. She draws on many years of experience in technology, telecom, consumer products, services and retail industries in China and the U.S., and possesses deep expertise in strategy development and investments.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Xin held the roles of General Manager and Head of Strategy and Corporate Development at China Resources Enterprise, one of the largest consumer and retail companies in China, and supported the CEO on strategy development and management, M&A and cross-border investments. During that time she also served on the boards of two listed companies in New Zealand in which CRE had invested. Before that, Xin was a McKinsey consultant based in Hong Kong. Earlier in her career in the U.S., she was a product development manager at Obitz in Chicago. Xin launched her career at Motorola as a software engineer, developing software for the first 3G mobile phone.

Xin earned a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry from Fudan University in China, a Master’s of Science in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of Illinois, and an MBA (with distinction) from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She speaks fluent Mandarin and English. Outside work, Xin enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, playing tennis, watching interesting documentaries and traveling.
