Robert is known for board level advice on corporate finance and governance matters. Robert has over 25 years’ experience in Asia and led on many of the region’s most high profile transactions. He has a particular reputation in tech, where he advises PayPal, Apple, Uber and the CK Hutchison Group, as well as representing global financial institutions such as Prudential, SunLife and ScotiaBank. He was Head of Valuation & Advisory, Asia Pacific in providing strategic advice to clients in support of accounting and public listings, real estate planning, development and business valuation for numerous corporate operations.
Prior to joining the company (formerly known as DTZ) in 1993, KK worked in another international consultancy firm for 9 years, where he was a Director of Valuation Department.

William Chow is Deputy Group CEO at Raffles Family Office (RFO), a pan-Asian financial advisory firm focused on addressing the wealth growth and preservation needs of ultra-high net worth individuals.
Chow is based at RFO’s headquarters in Hong Kong and tasked with ensuring the multi-family office continues capitalising on rising demand for independent wealth management services in Asia and beyond. He was also appointed to RFO’s Board of Management and Investment Committee, to which his wide-ranging experience will be key to informing the company’s future development and service expansion plans.
Chow joins Raffles Family Office from China Life Franklin Asset Management, where he was Deputy CEO and helped oversee the company’s US$35 billion in assets under management. He also chaired its Risk Management Committee and was a member of its Investment Committee and Board of Management.
Prior to this, Chow was a Group Managing Director at Value Partners Group, one of Asia’s largest asset managers and the first to be listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Mr CHUI Ka Fai, Frederick was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of PCCW Global in 2024, taking on the role to drive the integrated global communication solutions business.
Mr Chui joined HKT in 1991 and has held various key positions in solutions design, product management, product development and marketing. He was the Senior Vice President of PCCW Global’s International Products and Solutions division, overseeing PCCW Global’s product management and development activities, as well as marketing and presales support activities around the world. In 2008, he was appointed head of Eastern Europe, Mediterranean, the Middle East, Africa and Oceania sales and business development operations. He also served as the Senior Vice President, Global Marketing and Sales and Senior Vice President, Global Data Sales and Presales in 2011 to 2018, and was the Chief Commercial Officer of PCCW Global from 2019.
Before joining HKT, Mr Chui engaged in product and solutions development for a number of telecoms operators serving the Asia-Pacific region. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering from The University of Nottingham and an Executive MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Mr. Sachil Dagur has served as the CEO of Habib Bank Zurich (Hong Kong) Limited, a Restricted Licence Bank since March 2018.Before joining Habib Bank Zurich (HK) Ltd, Sachil worked at Axis Bank for 20 years, where his last position was as Head of the Asia Pacific FI, Trade & Corporate Relationships unit. Prior to this, he was the CEO of Axis Bank HK until 2016. Before moving to Hong Kong, Mr. Dagur was the CEO of Axis Bank Singapore from 2013 to 2015. Since his joining Axis Bank in 1997, Mr. Dagur was posted to various senior roles at Axis’ Domestic Operations in India, from Manager of Credit, Head of SME Advances (North India) and then to Head of Mid Corporate Portfolio (North India). Mukul Deoras has almost four decades of experience leading consumer product businesses across the globe. He is currently based in Hong Kong and is the President of Colgate-Palmolive Asia Pacific covering major countries like China, India, Australia and South East Asia. Previously Mukul was the Global Chief Marketing Officer for the company based in New York from 2015 to 2018. Mukul joined Colgate-Palmolive in 2004 and over the last two decades he has led the business in Thailand and India and was also the Vice President of Global Personal Care business. Prior to joining Colgate- Palmolive Mukul was with Unilever India from 1984 to 2004 and held leadership roles of increasing responsibility. Morgan Chase from 2004 to 2018 and held positions including managing director and chairman of J.P. Morgan Chase Asia Pacific Investment Bank. Dr. Gu previously served as a director of Uxin Limited, a company listed on the NASDAQ (symbol: UXIN) from June 2018 to June 2019.
Dr. Gu received his Ph.D. in biochemistry from the University of Washington in August 1997, his master’s degree in business administration from Yale University in May 1999, and his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the University of Oregon in June 1993.

Lucas serves as the General Manager of KN Group Hong Kong, overseeing strategic planning, organizational restructuring, and cross-departmental leadership across global treasury, tax, and capital markets divisions. Kam Shing Kwang is Chief Executive Officer, Hong Kong and Chair for North Asia at J.P. Morgan. In addition, she is a member of J.P. Morgan’s Asia Pacific Management Committee.
Ms. Kwang has over 30 years of experience in financial services, across private banking, asset management and investment banking. Since joining J.P. Morgan in 1998, she has played a key role in facilitating partnership across lines of business to better address clients’ corporate balance sheet and personal wealth management needs.
Between 2019 and 2024, Ms. Kwang was Vice Chair of Investment Banking, Greater China. She was also Chief Executive Officer of J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank in Asia from 2017 to 2023.
Between 2016 and 2018, Ms. Kwang completed her first term as Chief Executive Officer for J.P. Morgan Hong Kong, overseeing local governance, coordination and controls. Prior to joining Two Sigma, Kenny was Group President of Noah Holdings Limited (NYSE: Noah). Noah is China’s largest independent wealth manager and a leading asset manager, having advised on more than USD 90 billion for institutions and high networth families. During Kenny’s five-year tenure, Noah’s revenue, AUM and profit grew by over 2-fold and was the first and only wealth manager from China to be named “The Best Domestic Wealth Manager” by Asia Private Banker Magazine and Asiamoney between 2016-2019.

Prior to this role, Dr. Leung was the Managing Director of Hewlett Packard Enterprise responsible for overseeing the company’s business strategy and operations in these markets. He was the General Manager of EMC Corporation, Hong Kong and Macau for 17 years; and prior to joining EMC, he was the General Manager of Sun Microsystems, Hong Kong and Macau.
With extensive experience in the ICT industry, Dr. Leung is keen on driving the development of the local ICT industry as well as coaching and nurturing local IT talent. Thomas Leung is the Markets Leader of PwC Mainland China and Hong Kong. With a professional career spanning over three decades, Thomas has experienced China’s economic progression, while developing a keen appreciation for the local business environment and capital markets. Mr. Moriarty is the managing director of Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (HKDL). He is responsible for the overall management of the theme park and its three resort hotels, creating magical memories for guests from all over the world, while driving strategies that deliver business growth.
Michael brings 14 years of experience working for The Walt Disney Company in a variety of senior roles, including Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for HKDL and other areas of Disney’s parks, experiences and products segment.
As the CFO, Michael was responsible for driving revenue and operating income from 2009 through 2012, during the first major expansion of the resort which brought the addition of popular developments, including Grizzly Gulch, Mystic Point and Toy Story Land.
Most recently, he served as the managing director of Hasbro Far East and senior vice president of Global Sourcing for Hasbro Hong Kong. In this role, he drove significant business transformation and growth strategies, helping establish Hasbro as a global hub for toy and game product development, quality, sourcing, supply chain, and corporate social responsibility across nine countries and regions.
A Hong Kong resident since 2006, Michael is actively involved in the local business community. He recently served on the board of directors for Fair Employment Agency and he and his family are active volunteers with local NGO’s.
Mr. Daryl Ng Win Kong, SBS, JP, aged 46, an Executive Director since April 2005 and the Deputy Chairman of the Group since November 2017, holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics, a Master Degree of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in New York, an Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree from Savannah College of Art and Design and an Honorary Doctor of Business Administration, honoris causa from Hong Kong Metropolitan University. He is an Honorary Fellow of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Hong Kong Metropolitan University. Mr. Ng first joined the Company as Executive (Development) in 2003. He is a director of a number of subsidiaries and associated companies of the Company. Mr. Ng is also an Executive Director and Deputy Chairman of Tsim Sha Tsui Properties Limited and Sino Hotels (Holdings) Limited, and, a Non-Executive Director of The Bank of East Asia, Limited, all of which are listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He previously served as the Chairman, Non-independent & Non-executive Director of Yeo Hiap Seng Limited, a company listed on the main board of the Singapore Stock Exchange.
Mr. Ng holds a number of public and honorary positions. He is a member of the Standing Committee of the 14th Beijing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. Mr. Ng is the eldest son of the Chairman of the Group Mr. Robert Ng Chee Siong, brother of Non-Executive Director of the Company Ms. Nikki Ng Mien Hua and the eldest grandson of the late substantial shareholder of the Company Mr. Ng Teng Fong.
Liza Ng is the Chief Executive Officer of Greater Bay Airlines, where she leads with a vision to shape the airline's future. As CEO, Liza is tasked with setting the strategic direction of the business and implementing transformative initiatives to expand GBA’s route network and enhance fleet capacity.
Liza began her career in the aviation industry as a Management Trainee with Dragonair in 1990 after graduating from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a degree in Business Administration. She later expanded her expertise to the industry giants Cathay Pacific and Air HongKong. Liza served on several boards of directors for ground support services companies, where she offered strategic oversight to foster growth and improve performance. Her 30+ years of professional experience spans the entire airline supply chain.
Beyond her corporate roles, Liza has also held various public service appointments. Previously she was appointed to Member of Hong Kong Immigration Department User Committee and Tripartite Taskforce on Manpower Training (Aviation) under The Transport and Logistics Bureau where she provided counsel and strategic advice to policymakers on Aviation-focused areas.

Mr. Dario Pong is the Founder and Managing Director of Ferro Resources Ltd. Ferro produces ferrite magnets and iron oxide at its Shanghai and Wuhan operations. It is one of the top five automotive ferrite manufacturers in the world. Ferro’s La-Co ferrite enhances motor performance and has received various quality awards in Germany and Japan.
Mr. Pong is also an Executive Director of family-owned Shiu Wing Steel Ltd. For over 65 years, Shiu Wing has operated the only steel mill in Hong Kong, first in Junk Bay and now in Tuen Mun. Its high-quality steel bars are used in most infrastructure and private developments in Hong Kong, including projects such as the MTR, cross-harbor tunnels, Chek Lap Kok Airport and numerous real estate developments.
Prior to founding Ferro, Mr. Pong helped establish Bain & Company’s Beijing Office in 1995 and was its first Resident Representative. He is also a former Non-Executive Director of ASX-listed Bisalloy Steel Group and a current Trustee of Princeton-in-Asia. At the Better Hong Kong Foundation, he is a Corporate Sponsor and Co-Convenor of the Working Group.
Mr. Pong graduated with an AB in Economics, magna cum laude, from Princeton University. His senior thesis was awarded the Walter C. Sauer Prize by the World Bank. After graduation, he obtained an Advanced Certificate in Economic Studies from Peking University. Since 1995, Mr.Pong resided in Beijing and Shanghai for 17 years. In 2012, he relocated with his family back to Hong Kong.
Chief Executive Officer, CapitaLand Investment (China)Tze Shyang is the CEO of CapitaLand Investment (China), responsible for driving the growth and management of the company's investments, capital raising, fund management as well as commercial management business in China. Prior to this role, Tze Shyang served successively as Chief Investment Officer and CEO, Investment & Portfolio Management for the CapitaLand Group’s China business from 2015 to 2021, where he led a series of major investments that significantly expanded CapitaLand’s interests in the country. He was concurrently Regional General Manager, West China from 2015 to 2018 and oversaw residential and integrated developments in the region. Aveline joined Citi in April 2019 as Regional Chief Compliance Officer for Asia Pacific (APAC). Prior to that, she was with UBS where she spent 14 years in various senior management positions, including APAC Group Regional Head of Compliance & Operational Risk Control and General Counsel of Wealth Management for North Asia.
Aveline currently serves as a board or committee member of the following organizations: Hong Kong Association of Banks; The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (Vice President); Financial Education Coordination Committee under the Investor and Financial Education Council; and Board of The Community Chest of Hong Kong. She is also the co-chair of the RegTech committee under the Fintech Association of Hong Kong.
Mr. Sieker is the chief executive overseeing Baker McKenzie’s offices and businesses across eight countries in Asia. He was formerly the managing partner for the Mainland China and Hong Kong offices. He has also served as the head of the Asia Pacific Tax practice group across 12 countries. Steven practices exclusively in the area of tax law, and is recognized as a leading individual in tax as well as private client and wealth management by Chambers Asia Pacific, Citywealth Leaders List and Guide to the World’s Leading Tax Advisers. Steven has authored a wide range of key articles and publications, including the Hong Kong volume of the CCH series Tax Planning and Compliance in Asia. Steven is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong, England and Wales (non-practicing), and is qualified as a barrister and solicitor in Alberta, Canada (non-practicing).
Mr Sun is the President of Hong Kong Airlines and is responsible for overseeing the airline’s overall management, including daily operations, strategic business direction, and the implementation of company policies. He also plays a crucial role in maintaining beneficial relationships with government entities and local authorities.
With more than 20 years of management experience in the aviation industry, Mr. Sun first joined Hong Kong Airlines in 2009. Before his tenure at Hong Kong Airlines, he held key positions at Hainan Airlines and China Xinhua Airlines, where he was responsible for crew and airline operations management. As seasoned airline executive, Mr. Sun has also contributed his experience by serving as a board member of Hainan Airlines.
Mr. Sun graduated from the Fifth Flying Academy of the People's Liberation Army Air Force, majoring in military science. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Tianjin University.
Paul Tirvaudey has been serving Hong Kong Tramways as a Managing Director from 2022. He is based in Hong Kong since 2022. He was trained as a nuclear engineer and holds a master’s degree in project finance. He began his specialization in transport as a Portfolio Manager at the French Government’s Shareholding Agency, within the Ministry for Economics. He especially helped to prepare strategic and financial decisions regarding state owned railway company (SNCF) and seaports. Then Paul joined RATP Group in 2017 as Chief of Staff to the Group CEO Catherine Guillouard and Secretary of the Management Board. Amongst others he was at the core of RATP’s response to major crisis in 2 years. He also worked on several structural projects to prepare RATP to progressive opening to competition of its bus services in Paris. For instance, he led an unprecedented reorganization of corporate functions of RATP in Paris, aiming at fostering performance and efficiency.
Hong Kong Tramways is a tram system in Hong Kong and one of the earliest forms of public transport in the city. RATP Dev has become the 100% owner of the RDTA (“RATP Dev Transdev Asia”) joint venture. The move sees RATP Dev assume full control of the previously jointly owned operations across Asia, which includes Hong Kong Tramways. The tramway runs on Hong Kong Island between Shau Kei Wan and Kennedy Town, with a branch circulating through Happy Valley.

Mr. Yangbin Wang is a pioneer in developing innovative technologies for digital content protection and transaction that increase revenue for content owners. In 2005, he founded Vobile, now a global leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider in content protection and the transaction of digital assets. Under Mr. Wang’s leadership, Vobile has achieved tremendous growth over the years — going from a Silicon Valley startup to a global public company with a successful IPO in 2018. He remains the company’s chairman and CEO.
Vobile develops Software as a Service based on its VDNA digital fingerprinting and watermarking core technologies, widely deployed by rightsholders such as movie studios, television networks, and streaming platforms for content protection and monetization. In recognition of Vobile's innovation excellence in developing video identification technology to protect content value and copyright, he received a distinguished Emmy award at the 69th annual Technology and Engineering Emmy Awards. Mr. Wang earned an MSEE degree from the University of Florida (UF) in 1993 and a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from Zhejiang University in 1991. He serves on the Dean’s Advisory Board for the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering at UF and is an elected director of the UF Foundation National Board. He was inducted into the ECE Hall of Fame at UF. He also received the great honor of Distinguished Alumnus from the University of Florida.

He also spearheaded the launch of Google Pay in APAC as Industry Lead for Banking and Financial Services in Southeast Asia. Beyond this, Michael has a proven track record of driving digital transformation for partners across diverse sectors.
Prior to Google, Michael contributed to significant growth at Hewlett Packard Canada. He holds an EMBA from Kellogg-HKUST and an HBA from the Ivey Business School. Michael serves on the boards of the American and Canadian Chambers of Commerce in Hong Kong and advises the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
Adaline Zheng was appointed Chief Executive Officer of UOB Hong Kong in March 2024. She is responsible for leading the Bank’s business and operations in Hong Kong, including setting strategic direction, managing business growth and development and maintaining strong relationships with customers, regulators and stakeholders.
Adaline joined UOB China as Head of Wholesale Banking in 2018, overseeing the wholesale banking businesses in mainland China. It covered segments of corporate banking, commercial banking, financial institutions, structured trade and commodity finance, transaction banking and investment banking. In February 2021, she was appointed as Alternate Chief Executive Officer and Head of Wholesale Banking of UOB China.
Adaline has more than 20 years of banking experience focusing on business management and integrated branch operations management. She began her banking career as a management trainee with an international bank in Mainland China and held various leadership positions across wholesale banking and investment banking businesses.
Adaline holds a Bachelor of International Finance from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
Helen Zhu oversees NF Trinity as its Managing Partner & Chief Investment Officer. NF Trinity manages portfolios of public (equities and FICC direct) and private (funds and direct) investments, across multiple geographies and sectors. Helen is also a member of the Finance & Investment Committee of the Nan Fung Group.
Before joining NF Trinity in 2019, Helen was Head of China Equities for BlackRock, based in Hong Kong. Her responsibilities included managing various portfolios, overseeing China related research idea generation for Asia/emerging market portfolios, and developing the China active investments business. Helen participated in the BlackRock Investment Council, the Emerging Markets Investment Council, the firmwide Geopolitical Risk Committee, and was a board member of the BlackRock onshore China entities.
Before joining BlackRock in 2014, Helen spent eight years at Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong. In her most recent role as Chief China Strategist, she focused on setting Goldman Sachs’ market views for China, identifying key investment themes, and representing the firm to its clients across various mediums. Prior to this role, Helen was Goldman Sachs’ Business Unit leader for the Asia Telecom/Internet sector research team and Head of Asia Telecom Research team. Helen joined Goldman Sachs from ABN AMRO, where she spent five years and was head of the Asian Telecom Research team. Helen had previously also worked in private investing for a corporation and in investment banking at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in Hong Kong and New York. She was educated at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Helen serves on the advisory board of the Investment Office of the International Monetary Fund and is a member of the Board of Trustees of Milton Academy. She is also an advisory council member of the Harvard Kennedy School’s Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government and an advisory board member of the MIT Sandbox Innovation Fund program. She is additionally a Fellow of the 2024 Class of the Aspen Institute’s China Fellowship Program and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network. She previously served on the advisory board of BlackRock Private Equity Partners. Helen and her husband have lived in Hong Kong since 1999 and have four daughters.
