Amanda Ou has spent her career at the frontier of the digital economy —moving with intention across each of its defining chapters. She was part of the founding team that built LinkedIn's presence in China, one of the most consequential early bets on professional networking in the world's most complex internet market. She has since navigated the emerging worlds of Web3 and decentralised finance, and shaped cross-border fintech infrastructure at a time when the rules were still being written.
Today, as Chief Growth Officer at Remote People — a global EOR and workforce solutions platform operating across 180+ countries — Amanda architects the commercial strategy that connects ambitious organisations with the talent and markets they need to grow. She brings to this role something rare: a genuine fluency across capital, technology, and human systems, grounded in years of operating at the intersection of China and the world. Her work is defined by a single conviction— that the most consequential business decisions of this era are made at the borders: between markets, between cultures, between the old way of building companies and the new. Amanda has spent her career learning to operate there, and helping others do the same.
