

Ms. Alpha Lau is the Director-General of Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK), a position she has held since November 2023.
InvestHK is the HKSAR Government’s dedicated investment promotion agency, providing free, confidential and customised support for companies to establish and expand in Hong Kong and to use the city as a platform for outbound investment. It delivers sector-specific advice, coordinates with relevant government bodies and professional service providers, and offers ongoing aftercare to foster sustained inward and outward business growth. InvestHK also works closely with other government departments to reflect investor feedback in policy design, strengthen the overall business environment and enhance Hong Kong’s competitiveness as an international investment hub.

Prior to joining the Government, Ms Lau held senior positions in multinational and Chinese financial institutions, where she held a range of leadership roles spanning frontline business, risk and functional management. She accumulated extensive experience in serving corporate and institutional clients, high-net-worth wealth clients, structuring and managing complex credit exposures, driving fintech and digital transformation initiatives, and overseeing transactional banking businesses across multiple markets. She also led and participated in mergers and acquisitions and other strategic projects, giving her a strong track record in executing cross-border transactions, establishing greenfield operations and supporting clients’ regional expansion.
Ms Lau holds Bachelor and Master (Hon.) Degrees in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford, and a Certificate in further education from Tsinghua University, Beijing.

Mr. Andrew Kwok is the Chief Executive Officer of HGC Global Communications. In 2017, he played a pivotal role in leading the formal transaction of Hutchison Global Communications’ spin-off from Hutchison Whampoa Limited to I Squared Capital led investment group, which included sovereign fundings from various countries. Leveraging HGC's robust network infrastructure and ICT solutions, Mr. Kwok has driven the company’s transformation from telco to techco. The Group’s business includes Corporate and Enterprise Business, Consumer Market, Local Carrier and International Business, covering global carriers, international corporate business, and OTT business. Under Mr. Kwok and his team’s leadership, HGC has successfully acquired and integrated with Macroview Telecom Limited, a leading ICT solutions company in Hong Kong, further strengthening the Group’s position as a Techco. In line with the evolving telecommunications industry, HGC has strategically launched in-country projects in Southeast Asia and established Digital Well Infrastructure Corp. in the Philippines, and acquired XMT Technologies Sdn Bhd (XMT), a prominent telco company in Malaysia, further expanding the Group’s influence in both established and emerging markets.
Prior to joining HGC, he was the President of International and Carrier Business of Hutchison Communications. Before Mr. Kwok joined Hutchison Communications, he held various leading roles in the telecommunications industry, including Vice President and Managing Director (Asia) of Teleglobe (Canada) and has served various key positions at MCI International HK (now Verizon Communications Inc.) to drive their expansion in Asia. Mr. Kwok began his professional journey at Cable & Wireless (HK) Ltd, during which Hong Kong Telephone Company (HKTC) have merged with Cable & Wireless, to establish Hong Kong Telecommunications (currently HKT Limited). Mr. Kwok was recognised as the Executive of the Year - Company Leadership in 2013, and has twice been nominated as Chairman of one of Asia-Pacific’s leading mobile alliance with over 300 million customers.

Anita Mo is the Director, Chief Executive Officer and Head of Client Management at Hang Seng Indexes Company. Throughout her career with the Company, she has held senior positions across research, product development, business development, and various management roles.
Anita is highly experienced in the index industry, with a strong track record in index design and operations, market and business development, and strategic client management. She supported the launch of the first Qualified Domestic Institutional Investor (QDII) exchange‑traded funds. She also led the development of a full and vibrant ecosystem around the flagship Hang Seng TECH Index within five years, including liquid futures, options and ETF assets under management of about USD50Bn (as at end Feb 2026).
Anita holds a Master of Science in Information Systems Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and is a CFA charterholder.

Arthur Leung is the Managing Partner of Egon Zehnder’s Hong Kong office. He also leads Egon Zehnder’s Private Capital and Asset Management Practices for Asia Pacific, and is also an active member of the firm’s Financial Services and Global CEO/Board Practices. He is a trusted and passionate advisor to asset management, private equity, banking clients and family business owners across governance, leadership and broad strategic topics.
Before joining Egon Zehnder, Arthur served as the Head of Regional Strategy and Business Development Asia Pacific at Deutsche Bank AG, where he supported the bank’s Asia Pacific’s CEO and leadership team on strategy, governance, and operational matters across 14 markets. Prior to that, he held the role of Group Strategy Director at Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore as a key member of the wholesale banking strategy team after working in investment banking at HSBC in Hong Kong. Arthur launched his career as an accountant at KPMG’s audit & assurance and transaction advisory practices in Canada.
Arthur holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in finance and accounting from Queen’s University in Canada and completed an MBA at INSEAD in France and Singapore, majoring in strategy and general management. He is a chartered professional accountant registered in Canada. Arthur is married, has three children, and speaks fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Besides mentoring students and young professionals outside of work, Arthur also enjoys sailing, skiing and tennis with family and friends.

Ms. San is Chief Executive Officer for Citi Hong Kong and Macau, responsible for the businesses and operations in the two markets. She is also the Chief Executive of Citibank N.A., Hong Kong Branch.
Aveline joined Citi in April 2019 as Regional Chief Compliance Officer for Asia Pacific (APAC). Prior to that, she was with UBS where she spent 14 years in various senior management positions, including APAC Group Regional Head of Compliance & Operational Risk Control and General Counsel of Wealth Management for North Asia.
Aveline currently serves as a board or committee member of the following organizations: Hong Kong Association of Banks; The Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (Vice President); Financial Education Coordination Committee under the Investor and Financial Education Council; and Board of The Community Chest of Hong Kong. She is also the co-chair of the RegTech committee under the Fintech Association of Hong Kong.

Ms. Bikie Wong is the Founder, Chairperson, CEO, and Executive Director of Grand Brilliance Group Holdings Limited (Listed under HK Stock Exchange in 2018). Under her leadership, the company has expanded significantly, introducing advanced medical technologies and innovative healthcare projects, while enhancing service quality across the Greater Bay Area.
Beyond business, she is committed to social responsibility—founding the Bright Side Foundation to support underprivileged communities. She also serves as Vice-Chairperson of Yan Oi Tong and Chairman of Greater Bay Area Hong Kong Women Entrepreneurs Association. Her focus areas include healthcare innovation, youth development, women development, and public welfare.
To tackle market challenges, she champions AI and digital transformation, aiming to address structural issues like workforce shortages while expanding into overseas markets.
During the pandemic, she led volunteer efforts to deliver supplies and free health screenings for the elderly. She also promotes youth engagement through initiatives like “Happy Kids” and the “Dreams Take Flight Program” to build skills, resilience, and community inclusion.

Deng Chao is CEO of HashKey Capital. HashKey Capital invests in the crypto and blockchain industry globally through dedicated funds with more than US$1 billion in client assets under management.
Under Deng Chao's leadership, HashKey Capital successfully received the Capital Markets Services (CMS) License issued by the MAS. The company also engages in CSR via the Mandai Zoo Asiatic lion adoption program and charitable donations (universities, Mendaki, etc.), and the company was also recognized as a Singapore SME 500 company.
Previously, Deng Chao was Managing Director at DataYes and a core founding member of Wanxiang Blockchain Labs. Deng Chao started his career at Bosera Asset Management and has a Master's Degree from the University of Hong Kong. He most recently joined the Forbes Business Council in 2024.

Chris Tung is the Group CMO and China CEO of the leading Asian luxury hotel group, Shangri-La. Chris was previously at Alibaba Group from January 2016, and served as Chief Marketing Officer until April 2023. He was appointed President of Alibaba Group in May 2023, in charge of Strategic Development. Chris is best known for his strong leadership in driving marketing innovation and defining new models to build brands. During his tenure as CMO at Alibaba, he has led different business divisions to create many best-in-class cases including Taobao Maker Festival, Tmall double 11 etc. He also created the concept of “Uni Marketing”, a revolutionary marketing system that significantly improves the effectiveness of marketing and advertising by leveraging Alibaba’s business intelligence. The new methodology is transforming the way to do brand marketing and generating strong momentum for marketing industry evolution in China. As a result, Chris was awarded among “the world’s most influential CMOs” by Forbes (2018, 2022, 2023). Chris is the author of the recently published book ‘Smart Moves – How AI redefines management’. This book explores how AI transforms business management, providing leaders with frameworks and practical guidance for intelligent management in the AI era.

Mrs Christine Ip is Managing Director and Head of Group Strategic Communications and Brand; and the CEO of Greater China, UOB. She currently leads the brand, external and internal communications, social media and insights teams to raise the profile of the bank through an integrated communications approach. She also oversees the group’s CSR and Art programme initiatives.
As UOB’s CEO of Greater China, Christine also oversees the Bank’s business in Greater China covering markets in mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. She is also a Non-Executive Director of UOB China. Christine joined UOB in 2011 as a Managing Director responsible for developing the Bank’s Greater China strategy. In 2012, she was appointed CEO of UOB Hong Kong. In 2016, she took on an expanded role as CEO of Greater China. In October 2023, Christine assumed the role of Head of Group Strategic Communications and Brand of UOB.
Christine is a seasoned banker with more than 30 years of experience in both consumer and wholesale banking, with significant experience in Greater China. Prior to joining UOB, she held a range of local and overseas positions with international banks spearheading product and sales management, customer segment management and risk management in Hong Kong, mainland China, Singapore, Canada and the United States.
Christine’s outstanding leadership and business strategy have brought her and the banks accolades and recognition including The Best Australia Business Award in China presented by Australia Chamber of Commerce, as well as The Best Retail Bank in Hong Kong and The Best Foreign Retail Bank in China awards. She was named as The Best International Retail Banker at the Asia Retail Congress in 2008 and one of the Top 100 Greater China Senior Women Executives by the All-China Women’s Federation in 2012.
Christine is also a passionate art advocate. Under her leadership, UOB Hong Kong launched the UOB Art Academy to promote education and appreciation of art to the community in Hong Kong. She is a council member of the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts appointed by the Home Affairs Bureau to promote arts and cultural education in Hong Kong. She sits on the Board of Governors of The Hong Kong Philharmonic Society Ltd, Hong Kong Arts Centre and the Board of M+ Museum.
Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Hong Kong and a Master of Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). She was awarded Chapter Honoree Beta Gamma Sigma HKUST Chapter in recognition of her contribution and achievements in 2018. She is an Alumni Advisory member of the HKUST Business School.

Mr. LAU Chun-kong is the Managing Director of Colliers Hong Kong and Managing Director of Asia Valuation and Advisory Services, responsible for promoting the growth of Colliers’ business in Hong Kong and heading the Asia Valuation and Advisory Services business. He has over 30 years’ property experience in valuation, real estate consultancy and investment sales market in Asia including Hong Kong and PRC.
Mr. Lau is a Past President and Fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors. He also serves as an advisor to the Our Hong Kong Foundation.

As the Managing Director for Moët Hennessy Diageo Hong Kong & Macau, Devin Pun has a progressive career across LVMH, China Duty Free Group, K11 Concepts, and other regional retail and business‐development roles.
Devin’s career has followed a steady trajectory through leadership roles in luxury retail, travel retail, and experiential retail development. He was appointed Managing Director, Moët Hennessy Diageo Hong Kong & Macau in October 2023, marking his most recent senior leadership role.
From late 2020 through 2023, Devin moved into senior commercial and development positions focused on retail destinations and partnerships. He served as Vice President, K11 Musea and later as Head of Business Development, Southern China at K11 Concepts, where he led business development initiatives and retail programming across Hong Kong and southern China. In October 2023 he transitioned to his current role with Moët Hennessy Diageo.
Prior to his time at K11, Devin held leadership positions within the travel‐retail and duty‐free sector. He was Managing Director, Hong Kong, DFS Group (LVMH) from January 2017 to September 2018, and subsequently took on roles within China Duty Free Group, including Vice President, Hong Kong and Macau, and General Manager across 2019–2020. These positions reflect a focus on managing large retail operations and partnerships in travel and luxury retail environments.
Devin’s background includes a long tenure within the LVMH group and affiliated retail operations, where he accumulated over a decade of experience across various commercial and managerial functions before moving into the roles summarized above. This extended period with LVMH and related businesses provided the foundation for his later leadership in both retail operations and strategic business development.

Mr. Douglas Woo helms the Hong Kong-headquartered Wheelock Group, established in 1857 with operational footprints in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Singapore. The group has been actively engaged in property, infrastructure and multi-asset class investments.
He is a Member of the 14th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and a Member of the All- China Youth Federation; Vice Chairman of The Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce; Director and Executive Committee Member of the Real Estate Developers Association of Hong Kong; a Member of the Land Sub-Committee; a Member of the Notaries Public Disciplinary Tribunal Panel, The Judiciary of Hong Kong; Governor of Our Hong Kong Foundation; Honorary Chairman of the Y. Elites Association; Director of French May Arts Festival; and Patron of Project WeCan Foundation. To date, Project WeCan has benefitted over 93,000 students in 82 under-resourced secondary schools. He is also a Member of the HKUST Business School Advisory Council.
Mr. Woo is a former Chairman of the Environment and Conservation Fund Committee (“ECFC”). Since 1994, the Woo Wheelock Green Fund has been supporting some of the ECFC’s projects. He also advises the Executive Council of WWF-Hong Kong and Asia Pacific Council of The Nature Conservancy.
He graduated from Princeton University with a bachelor degree in Architecture and received an EMBA from HKUST and Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University. He was conferred an Honorary Doctor of Humane Letters by Savannah College of Art and Design (Hong Kong).
Mr. Woo was appointed Justice of the Peace by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region in 2016, and awarded the Bronze Bauhinia Star (BBS) in 2021. He is also a recipient of the 2022 Business Person of the Year Award from DHL-SCMP Hong Kong Business Awards and had been named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2017.

Mr. Eric Huang is the Chief Executive Officer of H Properties Limited and a member of the Group Core Management Team (“GCMT”) of the Lee Kum Kee Group (“LKK”). He looks after the global property investment and asset management of the Lee Kum Kee Group and its family investments. Being a member of the GCMT, he is also instrumental to the overall strategic transformation of the whole Group. Eric is a seasoned industry leader and has over 25 years of experience across business development, real estate, investment, finance and insurance in renowned organisations such as HKR International, New World Development, King Wai Group, Angelo Gordon, Deutsche Bank, and Shui On Land. His leadership experience spans across international markets including but not limited to UK, Portugal, China Mainland, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Thailand and the UAE. Born in Shantou, Guangdong China, Eric went to study in the Tongji University in Shanghai, and he holds a bachelor's degree of Environmental Engineering. He also received executive education from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST).

Estyn Chung is the General Manager of Uber in Hong Kong, overseeing local operations and responsible for growing the business. He has played a key role in launching Uber Taxi in Hong Kong and acquiring HKTaxi, helping Uber establish itself as the leading taxi service in the region.
Before joining Uber, Estyn spent over a decade in investment banking with UBS in Asia and Australia. He later co-founded and led CANOPY, a career platform for millennials based in Hong Kong.


Amanda Ou has spent her career at the frontier of the digital economy —moving with intention across each of its defining chapters. She was part of the founding team that built LinkedIn's presence in China, one of the most consequential early bets on professional networking in the world's most complex internet market. She has since navigated the emerging worlds of Web3 and decentralised finance, and shaped cross-border fintech infrastructure at a time when the rules were still being written.
Today, as Chief Growth Officer at Remote People — a global EOR and workforce solutions platform operating across 180+ countries — Amanda architects the commercial strategy that connects ambitious organisations with the talent and markets they need to grow. She brings to this role something rare: a genuine fluency across capital, technology, and human systems, grounded in years of operating at the intersection of China and the world. Her work is defined by a single conviction— that the most consequential business decisions of this era are made at the borders: between markets, between cultures, between the old way of building companies and the new. Amanda has spent her career learning to operate there, and helping others do the same.
